Acceptance of Terms

By using the AviBird application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the application.

Service Description

AviBird is a management application for bird breeders that allows you to register and track birds, pairs, clutches, eggs and chicks. The application works offline and syncs data with the cloud when connected to the internet.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One account per person; shared accounts are not allowed

User Content

You retain all rights to the data you enter in the application. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data only to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the service operation
• Copy or distribute the application content

Intellectual Property

The AviBird application, including its design, code and content, is the property of Bruno Vale. All rights are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from technical failures.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application or by email.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
